IAN BENTLEY
CO-FOUNDER / CHIEF ARCHITECT
Ian is an award-winning design architect with over 10 years experience in the industry of design and architecture. His experience spans a wide range of project typologies and scales from designing luxury apartments, the first ground-up pre-school building in NYC, and 1000’ tall office towers in Chengdu, China.
In 2022, Ian co-founded Bentley Architecture + Design Studio with his buisiness partner Joe Laresca. The focus of the studio is to design projects that are both sustainable and future forward while focusing on the user experience and creating one-of-a-kind projects for their clients.
Ian graduated from NJIT with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, prior to starting his firm he led the design for billions of dollars worth of public and private projects and was a design lead for the publicly traded company, AECOM, located in New York City. He is also a registered architect in the state of New York, New Jersey and Tennessee.
Joe is the co-founder of Bentley Architecture + Design Studio and the head of experience. Joe is also the creative director of NOISE, a full-service creative agency and partner firm with Bentley Architecture + Design Studio.
Joe’s experience in the real estate world goes all the way back to the genesis of his career in starting NOISE when he assisted in the rebranding and launch of the global real estate agent and TV personality, Ryan Serhant.
Since launching NOISE, Joe has branded and lead the creative marketing for some of the world’s largest developers and development projects.
From launching the world’s tallest residential tower and creative directing the campaign for Telosa, Marc Lore’s legacy project, Joe is able to make clear and concise creative executions for large scale projects.
