TACHI
020
In the heart of Hell’s Kitchen, Tachi reimagines the spirit of the Japanese sword through the lens of contemporary dining. Named for the tachi blade, the restaurant celebrates the materials that shape a sword with steel, stone, brick, and wood, translating their raw strength and elegance into a dining experience unlike any other.
Guests are welcomed first into the sake bar, a vibrant, future-forward space where bold textures and warm wood create the perfect setting for conversation and discovery. Beyond the bar, the restaurant unfolds into a 12-seat omakase counter, offering an intimate, chef-driven journey where precision, artistry, and detail are at the forefront.
Every element of Tachi reflects the duality of the sword: powerful yet graceful, timeless yet contemporary. It’s not just a sushi restaurant—it’s an immersive narrative of craft, culture, and culinary mastery.
